3-Ingredient Hawaiian Smoothie

This smoothie tastes like summer. Sweet. Refreshing. Delicious.

And it’s so easy to make. Frozen banana. Fresh Pineapple. Coconut Milk. That’s it!

3-Ingredient Hawaiian Smoothie

recipe adapted from Paula Deen

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana, frozen and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender, and mix until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!

  1. I love simple, sweet, refreshing summer recipes. I’m planning on spending the weekend with my toes in the sand and, now, this drink in my hand! Hmmmm, maybe some rum for good measure ;)

      We usually always have frozen bananas because I make smoothies almost daily but the other two depend on what’s on sale at the grocery store.
